Landlords have certain legal responsibilities to their tenants.
We encourage landlords and agents to resolve concerns directly with their tenants.

- property standards
- repairs
- entry rights
- rent/rates arrears
- unprotected tenancy deposits,
- threatened behaviour by landlord or evictions
- breach of tenancy terms
