If you note or identify a missing or damaged nameplate, please report it to our Building Control service for its provision or replacement.

Please provide the following information when reporting a damaged or missing nameplate:
- location of missing/damaged nameplate
- road junction that where missing nameplate intersects (if any)
- contact telephone number of person reporting the missing plate so we can provide an update on the action to be being taken
