There is a yellow weather warning for wind in place for Northern Ireland this weekend. Storm Dave is expected to bring strong winds on Saturday 4th April and Sunday 5th April 2026.

All of our football pitches and golf courses are open.
Parks and play parks
All of our parks and play parks are open. During the weather warning we strongly advise the public to avoid our parks and open spaces due to the danger of falling debris. Following the weather warning and subject to site inspections there may be delayed opening to parks and open spaces on Sunday 5 April.
Household Recycling Centres
Our three HRCs at Drumlough, The Cutts and Carryduff are operational, subject to Easter holiday opening hours.
Cemeteries
All cemeteries are open for visiting. Easter holiday opening hours are in place for the Cemeteries Admissions Office.
