Whether you’re looking for your first job, returning to employment, seeking a new role, or simply curious to see what’s out there – don’t miss our February job fair in Lisburn.
This in-person recruitment event is completely free to attend – it’s funded by the Department for Communities and organised by Lisburn & Castlereagh City Council’s (LCCC) Labour Market Partnership.
It will take place on Thursday 26th February 2026 in Lagan Valley LeisurePlex between 11:00am and 2:00pm, with British Sign Language (BSL) and Irish Sign Language (ISL) interpreters present between 11:00am and 1:00pm.
You’ll be able to chat face-to-face with employers about their organisations and the jobs they have available. There will be a wide range of sectors represented, including - but not limited to – I.T., hospitality, customer service, security, and health and social care.
Councillor Claire Kemp, Regeneration and Growth Chair, is urging local jobseekers to seize the opportunity on 26th February. She said: “I encourage local people to take full advantage of this free recruitment event.
“Meeting in an informal setting is a wonderful way to discuss your career goals and give potential employers a sense of who you are and what you could bring to their team. It’s also a chance for you to ask questions and learn more about industries you might be interested in.
“With competitive salaries, excellent benefits, pathways for promotion, and extensive learning and development programmes, this job fair is a must-do for anyone looking to take positive steps forward in their career.”
We will publish a full list of exhibitors online before the event.
