| 1.1 | Canal Boxing Academy | New facilities at Queen Elizabeth II Playing Fields. Will facilitate the boxing club, training (gym), exercise and sparring activities for residents and visiting clubs. Provide s a multipurpose, inclusive, accessible space. |
| 1.2 | Anahilt LOL 752 | Enhancement/ upgrade to the Anahilt Orange Hall for better community use. Addresses identified barriers to community use of hall focusing on extensive interior modernisation for multi-use with disability access / toilets. |
| 1.3 | Killynure Community Association | Development of a Men’s Shed Facility. Doubles as a community hub and meeting space providing a safe, cross community space for new opportunities and activities. |
| 1.4 | Helping Hands Autism Support Group | The ‘Cultural Inclusion Space’ project encompasses the modernisation and renovation of an accessible play area for children and young people living with disabilities. |
| 1.5 | Ballypitmave Community Dev Ltd |
Development of a site adjacent to facilities at Crewe United into a leisure and social hub for the Glenavy area. It completes Phase 2, GAA pitch beside football pitch for cross community football and activities. |
| 1.6 | Live Life Wellbeing Centre & Social Enterprise | Develop land between the Grove building and the existing playground to create outdoor recreation space and deliver programmes for young adults with severe learning difficulties. Provides space for wider community use. |
| 1.7 | Distillery Football & Athletic Club | Upgrade and enhancement of multipurpose community space and toilet block with disability access for all. Enables more cross community use for activities as well as football events. |

Training programme for capacity building, upskilling, practical experience, cross community volunteering events for existing and new volunteers. |
| 2.2 | The Community Network | Support community groups, with designated officer, to connect and collaborate, share resources and knowledge. Includes training, trips and networking events. |
| 2.3 | Social Enterprise Network | Programme to empower social enterprises to connect and collaborate. Space to share skills and knowledge. Offers training opportunities, peer mentoring, trips, networking. |
| 2.4 | Future Leaders Youth Project | Leader and Citizenship programme to improve capacity, confidence and leadership skills. Opportunities for workshops, Peer leadership with accreditation, educational trips and showcase event. |
| 2.5 | Peace through Faith | Expand current Church Forum to include faith based groups across the council. Provides training, trips, conference and networking opportunities. |
| 2.6 | Mended - Men's Health Programme | Men’s health and wellbeing project enhanced through skills courses, awareness training, collaborative events, trips and socials. |
| 2.7 | Women's Development Programme | Development and capacity building through accredited and non-accredited courses, awareness programme, collaborative events, wellbeing classes, cross border trips. |
| 2.8 | The Generation Game | Programme of activities for 50+ to reduce isolation, improve mental and physical health, enhance the age friendly forum and improve intergenerational relations. |
| 2.9 | Sport Connects | Connecting different communities through the platform of sport and fun activities. Break down perceptions of different sports. Use as a mechanism to deliver Good Relations training on diversity for all ages. |
| 2.10 | Habitat for Peace - connecting through environment | Capacity and skill building through engagement with the environment from different communities. Practical and educational outdoor training. Create a pool of environmental champions. |
| 3 | Celebrating Cultures & Diversity | Summary |
| 3.1 | Understanding our Cultures | Understanding communities and cultures through workshops, other mediums and events. Raise awareness on local and new communities, train the trainer course and educational trips. |
| 3.2 | Celebrating Us - Cultural Awareness | Programme of local area festivals and events, upskilling local volunteers, support learning and mentoring opportunities, plan local and larger events on cross community basis. |
| 3.3 | Let's Talk - Dialogue Development | Dealing with legacy issues through discussions on past, conflicts and their impact, educational visits, awareness on mental health issues and celebration and sharing of individual journeys. |
| 3.4 | Translations - Language & Heritage journeys | Enhancing communication development, understanding self and each other through language and heritage course, history tours, social story telling on journeys taken – immigration then and now. |
